WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED SO FAR

Everytime when we go to the sessions at schools, we make sure that we involve teachers and other volunteers at schools; then after 10 weeks time, we interview kids, teachers, and coaches about what they have learned during the facilitation of the Life Skills and rugby sessions.

We realized that teachers are inviting one another to join Lesotho Rugby Academy’s education system in order to improve their learners’ skills more. This information comes from the feedback we get from teachers at the end of the 10th week of our sessions. The other thing we learned is that, most of the learners attending our sessions are becoming more active and they contribute more in the classroom than before. Their behavior changes and they become more disciplined than other kids at schools.

So far we have been approached by number of schools who want us to deliver Lesotho Rugby Academy’s Life Skills to their learners because of the feedback from their colleagues who have benefitted from us.
